Felton Family Farms is pleased to offer you our C-Cubed Torrontés from the high altitude vineyards of the Uco Valley, south of Mendoza and bordering the Andes.
Having made a name for itself with the luscious flavors of its most famous red wine, Argentina also may lay a claim to its most famous white grape, torrontés. My family has loved the distinctive apricot and peach notes of the wine produced from torrontés grapes ever since we first visited Argentina.
Following fermentation, we set the juice aside for a quick six months in steel tanks before bottling the wine. This process gives you the fresh stone-fruit flavors and perfectly-balanced acidity evident in each sip of our C-Cubed Torrontés white wine.
